Food poisoning is dangerous — especially for kids and elderly. You are the protector of the family's health. Follow these rules like your life depends on it — because theirs does!

  • 🧼Wash hands 20 secondsBefore cooking. After raw meat. After bathroom. ALWAYS!
  • 🌡️Cook chicken until clearPink chicken = sick family. White all the way through!
