Burnt outside, raw inside? That's bad heat control! Master these 7 grilling secrets and your meat will be juicy, smoky, and beautifully charred every time.

  • 🌡️Pre-heat 10 minutesHot grill = sealed meat. Cold grill = stuck meat!
  • 🧹Clean grill gratesBrush hot grates with steel brush. Oil with paper towel.
  • 💧Pat meat DRY before grillingWet meat = no nice crust. Pat with paper towel!
  • 🚫DON'T flip too muchFlip ONCE per side. Let it sear properly!
  • ⏲️Use timer not eyesChicken: 6-8 min/side. Beef: 4-5 min/side. Lamb: 5-7 min/side.
