Restaurant Hummus ay SILKY smooth! Sikreto? Mas matagal lutuin chickpeas, balatan, marami tahini.

  • 🫘Babad chickpeas magdamag1 cup tuyong chickpeas sa tubig 8+ oras.
  • 🍳Lutuin with baking soda1/2 tsp baking soda = sobrang lambot. Lutuin 1 oras.
  • 🤲BALATAN chickpeasPagkatapos lutuin, kuskusin sa kamay. Balat lumilipad — itapon!
  • 🌶️Blend with tahini + bawang1/2 cup tahini, 4 cloves bawang, lemon, asin.
